      Avantages

      Nothing about this company is good. If you are fresh out of college this might be a good place to start. Otherwise, stay away.

      Inconvénients

      No work-life balance. Outdated in-house CRM program. Low compensation. Nonexistent DEI. Extremely high turnover in every department. Micromanagement is almost always followed by passive aggressiveness. Upper management gets away with treating people horribly because of tenure. Management expects you to work and/or check your emails past your work hours, on the weekend, and even during your vacation.

      Avantages

      - Coworkers are friendly and very supportive (always willing to answer questions if you have any) - Management is great and very approachable. - Wide breadth of technological expertise - Office is outside of the city, and fairly easy to reach - Selling here doesn't feel sleazy, feels very consultative and focuses on solving the customer issue. - Can really choose your own pathways, whether thats more technical, sales, or operationally focused - Not vendor exclusive

      Inconvénients

      - Takes a while to get in tuned with the inner systems. This place moves fast, but with enough reps you'll get comfortable.
