Avantages

The things I learned here were quite useful.

Inconvénients

Management creates more problems than resolving them and yet they put the blame on us employees! They're selfish narcissists who think they couldn't do anything wrong, makes us clean up all their messes, and can't even say a little thank you!

Nothing positive taken away from this role.

Inconvénients

If you need visa help, this place will probably create more problems than solutions. A lot of people join thinking sponsorship might happen later, but it rarely goes anywhere. I watched several coworkers wait and hope, then suddenly have to leave when nothing moved forward. It starts to look pretty unethical after seeing it happen again and again. Upper management seems aware of it but nothing really changes. Career growth is also very limited. Even people with strong experience stay stuck in the same role for a long time. You can work hard, stay loyal, and still see very little progress. It gets frustrating fast. Another tough part is how quiet management stays when people start asking serious questions. You might send emails or bring things up in meetings and the answers are vague or pushed aside. Meanwhile employees are stressing about their future and trying to figure out what their next step should be. Over time the whole situation becomes draining. You see talented coworkers leave even though they wanted to stay and build a career. A lot of people start job hunting while still here because they realize nothing is moving forward. It creates a constant sense of uncertainty around the office.
