      High turnover, for a small company. A lot of people going on stress leaves. One of the biggest red flags is the interview process. Inexperienced and disorganized management. No growth opportunities. Most employees are unhappy and overworked.

      Great coworkers, flexible workhours, lots of fun activities

      Inconvénients

      No matter how hard you work, you feel under appreciated. Semi annual and annual reviews were always unfair. Management needs to appreciate the staff.
