Negative environment to work in, hard to progress & office not close to many shops.

No role as "Systems Administrator"or similar. Exit interviews are conducted and the above comments don't reflect employee experiences. Sadly and regrettably some redundancies were made during Covid.
Good team and vibes with a great workforce. CST is super flexible to colleagues and their needs with a good work /life balance. Public transport includes bus stop at the park and Northern and Jubilee tube lines nearby. Also Borehamwood overground.
Inconvénients
No work cons. Need to drive <10 mins to Borehamwood for good shops / restaurants.
