Avantages

The North America team are full of people who care about people. Whether they are peers, customers, or partners the CD NA team cares about investing in and helping people.

Inconvénients

Unfortunately the NA team is driven and controlled by the APAC team that does not align with the same people-focused drive. Instead of supporting NA, the APAC team looks to pull all value out of NA to support their own desires.

Avantages

People First – Customers and employees are prioritized over financial targets. Psychological Safety – Unwavering support from leadership, room to experiment, and a collaborative approach to resolving challenges. Healthy Environment – People genuinely enjoy working with each other and providing superb service to Call Design customers.

Inconvénients

Not a "con" but something to keep in mind – Call Design is a small company, so everyone needs to be willing to take on multiple roles. In a genuinely supportive culture, this need usually turns into growth opportunities.
