Avantages
Call Control is a great place to be employed. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone gets along with one another. Our bosses are easily accessible and keep us motivated on a daily basis. Our core values for the company are reflected in every action we do. We are all proud of the work we do and I am happy to come to work every day. The work day is never boring and we always find a way to laugh through anything. The relationships I've made here, I know will last a lifetime. I couldn't ask for a better employer and staff that I work with.
Inconvénients
The work is a little monotonous but as a company, we find ways to make it fun and rejuvenating. Like I said, there is never a dull moment.

-They rave that you aren't just a number but come to find out you really are whenever they pull your calls to audit. They see you as your agent number.
-They treat you like your a damn robot whenever you are working🤖
-The hourly isn't enough
