Some of the best coworkers I've ever worked with. The only reason I stayed as long as I did.
Inconvénients
There is a certain higher up that causes a toxic work environment. The person that needs to go is also a part owner so things are likely never going to change. They run a skeleton staff to keep costs down, but this also leads to a lot of burnout. It's a grind working for this company. The product is falling behind in the industry and they are investing money in new products instead of bringing current products to a competitive place. They pay travel reimbursement in paper checks not direct deposit and they are usually late at paying the reimbursement. You also don't qualify for benefits for a couple months which is unusual and disappointing in this industry.
