Avantages

possible flexibility to have hybrid type role

Inconvénients

poor communication, awful processes no checks and balances and your the scapegoat when stuff goes wrong. The demand and expectations are insane its understandably busy but they need to communicate better what and who they need or want. Had some increased anxiety issues while there and at first wanted to work things out but the more i tried to talk about it the more they prefered to wash their hands of me, but I am definitely much happier where im at now. A bunch of kids right out of school who have no experience in leadership or experience. Definitely seemed in a way clique & hired their own typ of people as well and i didnt seem to fit in their mold.

Avantages

Good pay & decent 401k. But not worth the trouble

Inconvénients

Management works remotely Thursday and Friday. • Management arrives between 11 a.m. and noon Monday through Wednesday and is often unavailable. • Management takes days to months to respond to some inquiries. You have to follow up repeatedly, which contradicts company policy, but they are not held to the same standard. • Management shows clear favoritism, which affects decisions and team dynamics. • Management does not handle HR matters consistently or seriously, especially when it involves their preferred employees. • Compliance responsibilities are not shared. You manage every step from start to finish with minimal support. • Field workers focus on production, not compliance. The company treats compliance as secondary. • Project managers lack proper training on compliance processes. • All compliance-related issues are routed to you. Upper management provides no direct help. • Leadership delegates simple administrative tasks that they could handle themselves, such as messaging staff or summarizing emails. • Management has limited awareness of active compliance work or project status.
