      - Very easy to get hired. Qualified or non- qualified will get the same opportunity due to a very limited numbers of applicants. - Good learning ground for technical knowledge.

      - No career path for newbies - Weak process management system due to non-conformance of the standards. - Bandaid solution style of solving production issues - Very high turnover rate resulting to non stable production operations. - Many more..
