Avantages

-> flexible scheduling -> nice customers -> generally nice managers

Inconvénients

-> tip is divided equally by each employee, and not based on individual work -> employees do not receive tip in coin formats -> no breaks -> unpaid training -> no competitive pay -> no overtime -> no extra compensation for working on holidays -> you could work there for a long time and still get less shifts than the new people (as you do not get priority) -> there is no such thing as employee discipline -> employees are paid very little and are forced to do 100% of the work while the managers sit in their office and watch k-dramas -> the managers have the camera footage at their house and will call from home to tell an employee what to do -> none of the employees are held at the same standard -> many employees do not have a food handlers certificate -> minors in high school are scheduled 8 hour shifts on weekdays without any 30 or 15 minute breaks -> very low standard of cleanliness -> employers refuse to let customers see the workstation for some reason (as they see it as a bad thing.. but almost every other tea place is completely transparent with their working environment) -> if an employee does manage to convince the manager to give them a food break, they will be told to stop eating the second the break is over (even if there are no customers) -> the establishment is unprofessional
