Cadence has lost it's way and corporate vision. It's chaotic and competition is taking market share away from core business units, especially in the digital space. Too many middle level managers create uneccsary red tape and ineffeciency.

Good working environment Some talented and hard working employees Flexible working hours. Good challenge in work and has chance to learn knowledge.

Not all employees are doing their job, some are just killing time. Very slow promotion and salary raise. Management is used to give good words on employees but no promotion and salary raise following up. Benefits leg behind on par companies. Not value its hard working employees that much.
