Avantages

This is a small team, so no impersonal and cold environment. Everyone is really friendly and the managers frequently sort out team drinks (which are paid for) and there are other little bonuses like fruit, crisps, chocolate, tea, coffee. I know from other jobs that little touches like this are hard to come by nowadays, they even sort out a paid-for Christmas party which is always good fun. The point is that you really are part of a nice team, and they want you to enjoy being at work – well, as best you can! The managers are really easy to talk to, and the work itself is varied as you'll be taking calls for hundreds of different businesses. You never have to make calls, so there's no cold-calling or selling or anything like that. Just be friendly, polite and reliable and you'll ace the job and really be part of a great work atmosphere!

Inconvénients

Pay could be better, but there is a good and pretty easy bonus scheme you can go for each month.

Nice people to work with and relatively good training

Inconvénients

Unappreciative, too focused on upselling and taking a certain amount of calls per minuet, no HR, just over all bad company hiring good people.
