      You get more hours than you need.

      Inconvénients

      They cut hours from paychecks, they are racially prejudiced, they are sexually prejudiced, and they will change anything and everything without notifying employees. We didn't have an actual schedule for a long time. Management will look the other way if you're a bad employee unless you're a white male.
