      Avantages

      flexiability of work hours and days off ability to work at home tax write offs due to contract work from using own vechiel and home office the best technology good product training they provide a mobile phone and cover mileage expense

      Inconvénients

      amount of work is not always gurreeted training could be a little bit better, limited staff so would be good to look at electronic training or something pay a little low, but in line with the easy work

      Avantages

      Opportunites for advancement. Openness of Management to changes and ideas. Chance to start with a company near the ground floor. Extreme flexibility with hours and days. Excellent support for any self-run training.

      Inconvénients

      No salary pay apparently available. No benefit package available. Lower pay than ideal, but still competitive. Some growing pains associated with things like clear job descriptions, etc.
