      Avantages

      There is room to grow and be promoted if you do have good attendance, little errors and get along with your coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      The company cares more about profit than their donors or employees. Company will keep bad employees even with dozens on HR records and complaints. Pay is not worth the stress.

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Inconvénients

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
