      Constant major changes, adding more responsibilities to quality without added pay and reducing staff, very limited career growth beyond center level, compensation is low based on responsibilities

      higher pay than other LVN job

      Inconvénients

      not a lot of healthcare related, you do some physical assessment, and intervene when donor get sick on the donation floor
