Avantages
The only pros I can name is that you are selling flu vaccines and they are needed.. Everyone is at HQ is so nice and very engaged.
Inconvénients
I worked with Seqirus from 2019-2021. I didn’t have the best experience with Seqirus. The majority of management are great people, however my manager in particular was not. Once the COVID lockdown went into effect, she went into hyper micromanagement mode. She would request last minute meetings, schedule numerous 1:1’s, and assign other people to “check in on me”. However what was puzzling, was that I was doing well in sales. To add more insult to injury she decided to text the team at 9pm with a rant that saying “No matter how much you hate Trump, you got to vote red in November”. As a person of color, it was completely tone deaf, inappropriate and unprofessional. I went to HR about the incident, however they were of no use. Following that, she retaliated and put me on a coaching plan which was a step before a PIP. I felt she was building a paper trail to fire me. I again went to HR. Fast forward a couple months, she is now the director of all field reps. Seqirus has a lot of turnover and I’m sure I know the reason why. This company doesn’t value their employees. Look somewhere else else if you want to be treated with respect.
