      Avantages

      - Vous avez besoin de peu ou pas d'expérience. - Beaucoup de liberté avec peu de suivi. - Vous obtiendrez facilement un emploi car il y a beaucoup de postes vacants.

      Inconvénients

      - Un taux de rotation très élevé. - Vous êtes constamment mal payé, avec des heures manquées et des rémunérations manquantes au fil du temps. - La sécurité n'est pas une préoccupation. - Il y a peu de possibilités de développement personnel et professionnel. - Ne semble pas être un employeur qui respecte l'égalité des chances.

      Constant state of change, consistent turnover, toxic culture, unwillingness to see the error of their ways, horrible acquisition strategy and execution of business plan, lack of direction, and the list goes on and on
