- flache Hierachien - sehr breitgefasste Aufgabenfelder (man untertsützt so ziemlich in jedem Bereich und lernt daher sehr viel) - freundliches Team

Inconvénients

- längerfristig sind die Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten eher begrenzt - Überstunden sind nötig und können meist aufgrund des workload nicht abgebaut werden
