Avantages
Lots of flexibility in where you work and when. If you are self-motivated and driven, it's great. Starting salaries are competitive. On-boarding process is phenomenal and employees get a great overiew of the company and the benefits and all of the tools for work.
Inconvénients
If you need a lot of direction in work, this is not the place for you. CSC is a company without a culture--it's a number of companies cobbled together and with a lack of strong leadership, the disjointedness is pervasive. Raises are skipped for years on end depending on the group you are in. There are no consistencies across the company. There is a work disparity--some do a lot of work and others are ripping off the system.
