Inconvénients
1) Salary is not up-to the market standard. 2) Most of the project's are in support. Hence there is no technical growth. And there is great saying in some of the account regarding using old technologies. We are paid by our client Not by Microsoft/Sun!! 3) Managers are pathetic they only do excel work and security guard job for employee. They will monitor you when you are going for tea/lunch. They do not believe in the efficiency of doing work. Full of politics specially in big account's. 4) No Professional attitude among company workers. Most of the old employee think that they are the godfather of the company. 5) Now a days they started firing the employees on bench.
