Avantages
They try to be competitive with salary. Offers a pension plan. Many opportunities to travel and change accounts if you want/need to move. They support telecommuting when it makes sense.
Inconvénients
They continue to try to offshore more and more work (sometimes as a response to the customer, sometimes not). Very unorganized, however this is not the first large organization that I've noticed this level of it... Although I said they try to be competitive with salaries, if you are one of the higher wage earners you will be the first one trimmed if they decide they need to cut some of their budget. Even people in mission critical situations, they will sometime drop like a bad habit to save on their bottom line. I think most of this comes from middle management pressure on the lower management.
