Avantages
The company itself has most of the advantages of a corporation. Namely, a lot of technologies used in various projects, all kind of people, all kind of company activities (soccer team, table soccer, yoga at office, etc), well-defined processes and so on.
Inconvénients
In cons of working at CSC in my opinion are as follows: - lack of work diversity. You can get stuck with a project for years, working with obsolete technologies, without well-defined roadmap, doing the same every day, etc. Some people are fine with that, but most desire more dynamic working environment. - lack of knowledge about the future of your career. Your current project might be finishing tomorrow but you'll only know it tomorrow. The management keeps their plans for you hidden. - salary growth. Last, but definitely not least. You consider yourself lucky if you have your salary indexed annually.
