Avantages

If you have any personal issue as long as you do your work they will allow you to take days off. The atmosphere for work is great no need to have worry about someone watching over you

Inconvénients

some of the management is unqualified for their jobs. They need to cross train their employees so when a person is out other people can do their work.

Avantages

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Inconvénients

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
