Avantages

Some good employees that need to get out while they can.

Inconvénients

Terribly negative company culture. Distain for their clients. Complete confusion in the hierarchy of their company. Honestly the worst place I have ever been employed and that includes being a late night line cook. I was let go without any notice or reasoning. My termination was also not long after an employee review in which no short comings were listed.

CS Recruiting really was a great company to work for. Unfortunately some of the leadership was not very communicative at times.
