Avantages

Love the people and what the company stands for. I like the owners although they should say hello more to their employees. Half the people there think they are hated because of the lack of engagement from the owners. The only feedback they get is what is made up by their managers.

Inconvénients

Too many people working there who don't have a clue. Too many managers who are too scared to do their job right and in the end make poor management decisions. Half the time the information the owners need to really know is being buried by layers and layer of unnecessary management who doesn't have a clue. You really have to be part of the "it" club if you want to feel comfortable.

Steady hours and predictable schedule. Opportunities to gain experience in high-volume call center environments.

Inconvénients

Excessive micromanagement creates a stressful and distrustful work environment. Little to no support or guidance from management when issues arise. Favoritism is prevalent, affecting fairness in task distribution, recognition, and advancement opportunities. Constructive feedback is often overlooked in favor of punitive responses.
