Avantages

Take the job, stay for a year. Leave. Use them for experience only.

Inconvénients

There are levels of management that should not be managers. They look out for themselves and it puts the company in a bad situation. Can’t keep route managers longer than a year in an industry that has route managers with decades of experience with the competition. They have the absolute worst upper management team that is in charge of each department. I have never seen such poor management. The long term managers pander to the owners and are taking advantage of the company but will throw any employee under the bus

Avantages

Steady hours and predictable schedule. Opportunities to gain experience in high-volume call center environments.

Inconvénients

Excessive micromanagement creates a stressful and distrustful work environment. Little to no support or guidance from management when issues arise. Favoritism is prevalent, affecting fairness in task distribution, recognition, and advancement opportunities. Constructive feedback is often overlooked in favor of punitive responses.
