      Avantages

      Made some great friends, breaks whenever you want and pizza friday.

      Inconvénients

      Don't listen to staff's ideas, treat staff like robots. No structure so this leads to staff doing whatever they want and speaking however they want to other staff members. New procedures implemented daily. Senior management is poor as they have no experience/awareness of how to interact with staff.

We are disappointed to hear that you had this experience. Recently CPL was acquired by CGA, meaning there is now a newly implemented structure that transcends throughout the company. Our management team are always ready to listen to and take on staff members’ ideas. Pre-acquisition, we prided ourselves on our 50/50 split of men and women in our senior leadership team.       Avantages

      Every other job or company feels so much easier, every team is friendlier and more cohesive, everything is just better, because at least it's not CPL. This includes jobs where I was spat at and sworn at. I'd pick these over working here again.

      Inconvénients

      I am not exagerrating when I say I cried every day before heading into work. I didn't last long, because the Managing Director was such a vicious bully who made up for his inability to communicate with mouth-frothing, eye-bulging aggression. That man later went on to be CTO, so good to see talent gets recognised there (/s).
