      Avantages

      Important, vital work in the community. Amazing co-workers. Strong sense of purpose in the work. Excellent benefits package and generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management is very disconnected from the reality of working in community. Middle management are in meetings / trainings all day long and are not readily available to support the team as needed. No room for growth. No merit based bonuses or pay raises, only cost of living adjustments that cap at 3%.

      Thank you for the feedback and for recognizing the importance of the work our staff do every day. Many of the meetings and trainings mentioned are essential to supporting staff, maintaining quality care, and meeting the demands of community behavioral health services. We also have many employees who have grown into leadership and specialized roles over time. We also strive to offer competitive salaries and benefits compared to similar community-based agencies in the region. We remain committed to supporting our staff, improving communication, and providing meaningful, mission-driven work in the community.
