      Avantages

      Projects are interesting and intellectually challenging with a high level of access to clients. Due to small size of the firm, everyone has the opportunity to contribute at a high level.

      Inconvénients

      The physical working conditions are poor, the building is run-down and poorly maintained. Owners are reluctant to invest in resources or continuing education. There is little to no opportunity for career growth or progression.
