      Inconvénients

      As with many biotech companies, there is a lot of ambiguity so job certainty is not as stable as larger companies, but that is common for the whole sector

      Avantages

      Strong and compassionate leadership, work life balance, positive mission that everyone is aligned to, innovative science

      Inconvénients

      Not many - maybe just that it's in transition and moving very fast so sometimes things feel disorganized. Not a huge issue though.
