Avantages
I love working with every department and their warm, smart and funny people. I take real ownership in my job, make great things happen, and can see how my efforts make evolve the company as a whole. I learn from colleagues and my manager. We share knowledge, best practices and grow with each other. I have not experienced this before this way because I was used to compete with my colleagues rather to work as a team. I can identify with the COMATCH spirit and its values. I feel appreciated. Furthermore, and this is very important to me, I like both Co-founders and MDs. They are not only friendly, human and funny, but also competent and I feel they want to do the best for their company AND employees. Btw, during the Corona crisis, many digital&social activities have been initiated which allowed me not to feel abondoned and lonely in my home office. I really liked that.
Inconvénients
The company has not so many employee benefits yet as a big Corporation usually offers. On the other hand, I prefer it this way and enjoy the dynamic and fun working environment where I can make a change.
