The growth initiatives are being supported by the addition of new equipment and manufacturing processes as well as facility improvements. As the company continues to grow additional floor space will be required.

Decent pay and overtime available

Inconvénients

Runs through many CEO's leading to constant lay offs. The employee learns their job well and then is laid off . A new person is hired to learn everything all over again leading to never having a mature product. There was no reason for a lay off if your just going to bring a beginner back in. Makes no sense. Notorious for lay offs. Call back the folks laid off? They knew the job the best!
