      -It's a brick-and-mortar company -It has a EIN -It has benefits -It has staff -It has a location -It has a website -It has a phone number

      Inconvénients

      -It is a hostile workplace where DEI isn't practiced. Even though gov is rolling it back, there was never a time I saw DEI in action. -Lack of empathy or understanding from HR or management in general -Lack of pride in my work -It's a company in the minimal sense. Nothing beyond that.

      Avantages

      management can be quick with responses, HR is a good team I think, good office location, great weather, good job with getting RFPs addressed I think

      Inconvénients

      low pay high stress no clear instructions poor benefits innate racism or blacklisting based on favorites and questional promoting or hiring practices
