      Avantages

      The small environment lets you get to know everyone, so it does feel like a family - but you are either in the clique or out of it so it could go either way. Good work-life balance, ability to do your job without feeling like you are being watched.

      Inconvénients

      Lower than average pay, management plays favorites, promotions are given to those who complain and beg for them, little to know upward mobility.

      Avantages

      Family first, and very flexible work environment. Brent and Gwen truly care about the quality of the work that CGI produces. Project management team is great, and never miss a beat, making life as a creative much easier when you have all of the tools/information needed at the outset of a project. Account managers do an awesome job of client relations and securing new business.

      Inconvénients

      Workflow could be streamlined with project management software. What CGI has works well, but there could be gained efficiencies.
