Avantages
CFS quickly placed me to do collections for a growing company, on what was supposed to be a 3-month contract, based on remote interviews. I did well in the role and after 2 months the company hired me permanent. CFS supported me the entire time, streamlining onboarding, dealing with brief absences, and more importantly, following up with me weekly to see how the placement was going. I've had plenty of temp and temp-to-perm jobs, and CFS really stands out as an exceptional employer.
Inconvénients
I never had the chance to visit CFS in person, although they're just a few miles away. Also (not CFS' fault) the placement ultimately did not work out for me after the employer's job requirements and expectations shifted.
