      Avantages

      Environnement international, travail vraiment intéressant, moyens puissants, meilleur logiciel à jour, environnement de travail facile, bon départ pour votre carrière, vous pourriez commencer même en tant qu'étudiant, beaucoup de clubs pour faire des activités et faire connaissance avec des gens, beaucoup des vacances, vous apprenez au moins 2 langues.

      Inconvénients

      gestion des personnes, allocation des ressources, restauration cantine, contrat de travail court, difficile de trouver un emploi après à moins d'être physicien, difficile d'obtenir un contrat, choix RH dans le processus d'embauche pas vraiment clairs

      Avantages

      The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

      Inconvénients

      Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
