Avantages
I think if you are a new graduate and are willing to live where ever, the opportunities at Cemex are endless. You can move into different areas if you are interested and willing to relocate. Also if you want to experience other countries, this would be available.
Inconvénients
1) When senior management wants something "now", they don't care if it means a lot of overtime or time away from families. You can be compensated monitarily, but you will be worked hard for it. 2) Not a lot of communication from management down. 3) Work/Life balance is not as depicted on website.
