      Avantages

      The work-life balance is exceptional, and there are no restrictions on learning new technologies. The management is excellent, and salaries are always on time. The infrastructure is top-notch, and I appreciate the freedom to work and explore new technologies.

      There are no cons i can think of

      Avantages

      Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

      Inconvénients

      Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
