      Talent Acquisition is undergoing MAJOR restructure, multiple layoffs, unqualified leadership creating silos, huge gap between leadership and front-line recruiters, constant worries about layoffs.

      Avantages

      The people who work there are all great. Work/Life balance is usually very good. Health/Vision/Dental insurance are all very good. WFH flexibility although that may be dependent on your department.

      Inconvénients

      Unless you're in sales, expect to earn less here than you could at another company. The low compensation levels used to be tolerable because there was opportunity for career advancement within the company but that's no longer the case as more and more senior management positions are filled with outside hires.
