I love working at CCP Web Design. Everyone is very nice and easy-going, there is even a friendly office dog to make everyone’s day. The owner, Libby Lucas, is very involved, hard-working, and an all-around great boss. I would recommend working here.

None, great company to work for.

Great culture and atmosphere. Opportunities to grow and management is open to ideas from employees. Creativity is valued. The manager is not a micro manager. Trusts you to do your job, but your work needs to be top notch or you'll hear about that too.

If you don't like changing gears and putting out fires for clients when they call, then this isn't the job for you. Management is flexible with staff and expects a reciprocal relationship. This is a job for professionals who take ownership and the job and do what's necessary to keep clients happy.
