      CCC has a very supportive culture. They ensure that you are challenged so you can continuously improve upon your skills so you are able to reach your career goals.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of information to learn and you have to take it upon yourself to learn it all. They have many trainings to support you but the learning curve is steep.

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      Inconvénients

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
