      Avantages

      I have been working at CCC for 5 years now. A few of the pros that have kept me here have been the pay, benefits, work/life balance, staff and environment. My direct managers/supervisors have always made sure to assist me in my development. Providing me with the proper resources to advance my career. If you come to work and work hard while you are here you are rewarded with opportunities to advance your career.

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      Inconvénients

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
