      1.Not enough career guidance 2.Merits increases are not too high 3.People are not open to new ideas and changes 4.Roles are not challenging enough for the intellectual kind 5.Too much politics which is distracting for employees

      Remote work before it was popular. If you travel a lot fancy dinners and an essentially unlimited alcohol tab

      Inconvénients

      An extremely sexist company. Not only in pay structure but in practice. You had to be part of the old boys drinking club to get ahead. I left after filing a sexual harassment claim and was asked if I only filed it because I was unhappy and they knew my anonymous responses. The person who harassed me was fired but only because it was caught on video, I left shortly after.
