      Avantages

      everyone is just waiting to retire and are super lazy, except for a few employees. benefits suck if you are not among the "few employees", no bonus, no increment, nothing at all in 4 years

      because everyone is waiting to retire, they can't be bothered and customers will suffer

      It’s highly inefficient, more like a place where engineers retire to take it easy and slack off.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate in marketing and product management positions. A lot of meetings, if you enjoy meetings, it’s meeting buffet here.
