Inconvénients
Start with a quote: "The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office." Dwight D. Eisenhower COO & CTO micromanages to a fault. They are not open to new suggestion but if they do like the idea they will take credit for it. COO & CTO uses Intimidation and Bully tactics during meetings and one on ones. Not limited to using foul, embarrassing language and belittling. When in a conversation and they are tired of listening, they turn and walk away. No respect. Coastal 99 Award, COO & HR pick the same employees year after year and/or new employees and/or employees that are intimidated by management to fill out the survey. Customer Service from Management philosophy is Delay, Delay, Delay (unless they need revenue) To be able to close a deal is a very long tedious process, Account Managers can’t make a calculated decision on their own. Has to be approved by Admin Assistant/HR, then COO. CASNET should use the most updated software they sell. They need to implement a working work flow since they are supposed to be experts in the field. CASNET have monthly events like cook-offs. You are strongly advised to participate and a tally is made on who does or doesn’t bring a dish. Upper management including the COO & CTO and their families participate, many of which are the winners. Also, if you did not bring anything you are told by the COO you have to wait and go to the “Back of the Line.” like children. CASNET has a monthly “Can-Dew” award. The same people get the award month after month for doing, what most people believe is part of their job. It is supposed to be a pat on the back for doing something above your normal job duties. I don’t believe staying late to make extra copies of a proposal or help cleaning up after a meeting qualify. It has become a joke and demoralizing exercise. If you are hired on as Temporary Status don’t expect to be hired soon. There are temps that have been there for over 3 years. The goals to be hired on always changes so to be able to attain hired status can never be achieved. Temps are good for the bottom line. As the COO said when he came on a few years back that “CASNET is only a stepping stone not a Career.” New Hires, make sure you get everything in writing with a signature because promises and policies change depending on who you are. Beware, if the clique doesn’t care for you, you will not last.
