      Avantages

      I worked with this amazing company until last year. My first job in the workforce and was blessed with good supervisors. CALIBRE offers young employees the chance to grow, has an amazing in-house training program called CALIBRE University and employees have access to senior leadership where they can go for advice and mentoring.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-to-large size company so sometimes its hard to get noticed.

      Good culture, remote first, and work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      No bench so when the contract is done you are out of luck. The benefits were also not good with a very low 401k match and it takes a while to be vested into the ESOP. There could also be more ways to grow into the company.
