Avantages
Interesting projects plenty of challenges. Good relations and atmosphere with colleagues. Not too big but not to small company. Enough to do great things without adquiring too much burocracy
Inconvénients
Because of the size there is not too much oportunities of advance. Salarys are not the best of the market.
