Avantages
Good team and other employees and stakeholders and manager is nice Work life balance is good First 6 months wfo and then hybrid 1-2 days.
Inconvénients
Doesnt give wfh for exceptional and genuine cases . Need to improve flexibility in terms of wfh. Org is new so very less cons to mention.
