Unpaid Final Payment for Over 100 Days with No Response - Avis employé Freelancer C9 Staff

I've been with a lot of outsourcing companies before and honestly they are all the same. Once they deploy you to their client, that's about it. But the only difference here is that they pay above market range than other outsourcing companies who will really try to lowball you. I got exposed to a lot of cool brands and I got to practice my skillset thoroughly.

Not much interaction between management and contractor, but the client they deployed me into is awesome. So I guess it depends on their clients if you will have an awesome experience. Not really a cons but the Independent Contractor set up. Obviously, don't expect the usual employee benefits.

They don't micromanage full time but having a hubstaff that monitors and screen capture every minute is not good.

They don't give the last pay. Some have been given at their 4th-5th month after their last day, some NOT AT ALL.
